About Todd Alan Kerber

Todd is president of TAK Construction Corporation and formerly Vice President of a large national construction company. He has had the opportunity to work in a number of positions from construction superintendent to purchasing agent to sales consultant to division manager. Todd has over 31 years in the building industry. He has known from age 15 that he wanted a career in building. Todd is a state certified building contractor with a Bachelors Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida. Todd is a certified lead renovator licensed to complete lead paint testing/renovation on homes prior to 1978. Todd is also a state certified home inspector.

Todd was born in Columbus, Ohio and moved to Sarasota at age six. Interests include: racquetball, golf, billiards, computers, automotive mechanics, motorcycles, boats, target shooting, and traveling. Strengths: communicates well, eager to learn, attention to details, very organized, hard working, demands quality, and high degree of loyalty. Todd has been happily married since 1990.
